A Services Schedule of Specific Commitments lists the specific services activities that Parties to a trade agreement are committing to liberalize ‘open up’ or to services providers of the other Party. The schedule also lists conditions that would be imposed on those services providers in terms of access to the market and the extent to which they would receive the same treatment as national services providers. These are market access and national treatment obligations.
