Christ Church, Barbados–The General Secretary of the Caribbean Congress of Labour (CCL), Mr. Lincoln Lewis and the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery (CRNM) Director-General, Ambassador Henry Gill, on behalf of their respective organizations, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which outlines a new framework designed to formalize and strengthen their existing relationship. This deepening of the relationship between the organizations was the initiative of the CCL.
The CCL and CRNM commemorated the beginning of the new chapter in their relationship by way of a signing ceremony and press conference which took place at the CRNM office on February 12 2009.
