Mr. Mark F. Sami is the Finance and Administrative Officer for the EU 9th EDF Programme with the Office of Trade Negotiation (OTN) of the CARICOM Secretariat, formerly the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery (CRNM).

Mr. Sami is responsible for all Finance and Administrative functions of the 9th EDF programme with the OTN.

Mr. Sami is a graduate of the University of Guyana with a BSc in Accounting and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Mr. Sami worked at the Guyana Power and Light Inc (GPL) as Internal Audit Manager prior to joining the OTN.
