Ms. Angelica Neblett is the Accountant in the Office of Trade Negotiation (OTN) of the CARICOM Secretariat, formerly the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery (CRNM).

Ms. Neblett performs accounting, administrative and supervisory duties, under the direction of the Director of Finance and Administration, to facilitate the efficient running of the accounts department of the OTN. She Over 15 years experience in accounting and audit; prior to joining the OTN was an auditor with KPMG performing audit engagements for companies of differing sizes and complexities across various industries.

Ms. Neblett is a Certified General Accountant (CGA), a Member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada, and holds a Certificate in Financial Management from the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, Canada and a BA from the Wittenberg University, USA.
