Theresa Hinkson is Director, Finance and Administration in the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery (CRNM) Barbados office, and is a member of the CRNM’s four (4) person management team.

Ms. Hinkson is responsible for ensuring that the CRNM maintains budgetary governance in keeping with the decisions of the CRNM Finance Committee. General administrative matters also fall under the purview of Ms. Hinkson, who has many years of experience in both the public and private sector.
